Proof with signature and photo
On handover the recipient signs on the phone and we take a photo. You will then see the proof in your account.
Plan the time
If a document must arrive by a certain time, enter it under “deliver by”. We plan the trip accordingly.

Envelopes stay sealed and under supervision in the vehicle. We give no one information about content or recipient.

We take care of the transport and document the handover. Whether a deadline is met also depends on receipt by the recipient. Please allow some buffer for deadline matters.
An everyday example
Thursday, 11 am: a signed contract has to be at the notary in Regensburg in the original today. We collect it at your office, drive there directly and hand it over in person. Shortly afterwards you will see the signature and photo of the handover in your account.

Frequently asked questions
Do you also take documents to court?
Yes. We hand the documents in at the court’s post office or registry and have receipt confirmed where this is possible.
Can you have a document signed and bring it back?
Yes. Mention it in the notes in the form or call us. We wait at the recipient until it is signed and bring the document back.
How do I see that the documents have arrived?
Your customer account shows the status of every trip. After the handover you will find the recipient’s signature and the photo there, and you also get an e-mail.
